I didn't get a confirmation from the event that my PayPal payment went through. Did it?

After you receive confirmation from PayPal for your payment, you can click the booking link on the thank you page or from your registration email to review your booking and confirm there is no outstanding balance on your account.

We have not gotten the system to consistently send payment confirmation after PayPal accepts payment. Despite this, it is tracking it all in our system. If you haven't gotten a confirmation email (from The Madison Invasion), can't access your booking via your registration email, and want to be extra sure that we got your payment, please email us and we can check.

Can I get a refund if I can't make it?

Sorry! Tickets are non-refundable! You can transfer your ticket to someone else, with some restrictions. Please contact us for more details. The sooner the better so we can make sure everyone gets what they need!

Will there be early bird pricing?

Yes, we will have a limited number of early bird All-Access Passes only. Register early if you want the deal!

How do I sign up to compete?

There will be an option on your registration form to sign up and pay for the competitions in advance.

If you have already registered for the event, you can register when you arrive on Friday night. Be prepared to pay in cash for your entrance to be final. Sign up will close when competitions are full OR 30 minutes prior to the start of the pre-lim rounds.

I already registered, but I want to add a t-shirt order or competition. How do I do that?

To add a t-shirt after you have registered, please email madisoninvasion@gmail.com before February 6th, 2017 and we can add it to your registration. We will have some shirts available for sale on Friday for those that decide on a shirt order after February 6th.

If you want to sign up for a competition after you register, you may do so on Friday when you arrive. It is unlikely we will need to close competition registration ahead of time. We will notify registrants if we think we'll need to close registration.

Can I purchase entry to just one dance? Can I buy tickets at the event?

We currently do not expect to sell tickets for a single night of dancing. Due to restrictions on selling tickets at our venues, we only plan to sell dance passes ahead of the event start. If that changes, we will update the website and let people know.

Will class descriptions be posted before the event?

Not at this time. We like to give our instructors the freedom to choose the best possible content for our students. If things change, we will be sure to post the information on the Schedule.

When will competitions occur?

We are still finalizing our schedule and haven't selected times yet. We are aiming to make sure they don't break up the dancing for too long. Stay tuned and we will announce timing later!
